Prolynx warrants to the original owner that any of its products should be free of defects from materials or workmanship for life! Prolynx will replace at no charge any component that is determined to be defective with the same or comparable component.

Product Return Policy as per UAE law*

We go to great lengths to ensure that all Prolynx products surpass your expectations. However, should you change your mind about your purchase we offer you Product Return Policy as per UAE law*. You may return the product in its original packaging to the store you had purchased it from for a full refund. *Kansas Trading reserves the right to charge for any damages and missing parts.

*All prolynx products warranty is based on RTB (Return to Base) basis.

Terms & Conditions

Prolynx warranty is conditioned upon the product being appropriately cared for and does not apply to:

  • Damages caused by accident, misuse or external causes like flood, fire, etc.
  • Damages caused by service performed by unauthorized parties or other modifications or alterations without the prior written permission of Kansas Trading.
